Getting to know each other
Once you inquire, we’ll set up a relaxed 30-minute call. This is where we talk through your vision, what matters most to you, and how I can serve you best.
I’ll walk you through my approach and packages, but most importantly, I want you to feel heard and at ease.

Securing your date
If you feel confident moving forward, I’ll send over a simple contract and invoice for your retainer.
From there, your date is officially yours — and you can check “photographer” off your list knowing you’re in good hands.

Planning with Intention
I’ll be alongside you throughout the planning process. Whether it’s sharing resources, hopping on a call to answer questions, or sending over a thoughtful questionnaire before the big day, I’ll make sure I know what matters most to you and your loved ones.
This helps me capture your story in a way that feels effortless and true to you.

ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Every couple of mine receives an engagement session. It’s the perfect way for us to connect, shake off any nerves in front of the camera, and create photos that celebrate this sweet season of your relationship.
Think of it as both practice and a memory in its own right.

YOUR WEDDING
On your day, I’ll be there with calm guidance and a supportive presence, making sure everything flows smoothly. My focus is on capturing both the meaningful moments and the in-between ones you’ll treasure forever.
My goal is for you to feel fully present while I preserve the memories you’ll relive for a lifetime.

How far in advance should we book you?
Most couples reach out 9–18 months before their wedding, especially if they’re planning for popular spring or fall dates. My calendar fills quickly, so the sooner you inquire, the better. That said, I always encourage you to reach out — sometimes I have last-minute openings and would love to make it work if the timing aligns.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! Travel is one of my favorite parts of this work. Whether it’s a destination wedding in Europe, a coastal weekend celebration, or somewhere closer to home, I love documenting love stories in new places. I keep the process simple for you. from travel logistics to scouting the perfect photo spots, so you can focus on enjoying your day.
How many photos will we receive, and how long does it take to get them back?
Every wedding is unique, so the final gallery will vary depending on your day. I personally hand-edit every photo, and you’ll receive your full gallery within 6–8 weeks. I also send sneak peeks within a week so you can relive those first moments right away.
Do you work with a second photographer?
Yes, I often bring a trusted second photographer to ensure we don’t miss a thing. While I’m focused on your main story, the two of you, your vows, your portraits, my second photographer captures the little in-between moments, guest reactions, and a different perspective. It’s the perfect way to give you a more complete story of your day.
What happens if it rains or something unexpected happens?
Weddings rarely go exactly as planned — and that’s part of their magic. Whether it’s a sudden downpour or a last-minute timeline shift, I come prepared with backup gear, flexible plans, and a calm presence. Rainy days often make for some of the most romantic images, and I’ll always make sure you feel taken care of no matter what.
What’s your photography style, and how do you help us feel comfortable in front of the camera?
My style is film-inspired, light-filled, and timeless. I want your photos to feel just as beautiful 30 years from now as they do today. I don’t believe in stiff posing; instead, I guide you with natural prompts that bring out genuine emotion and connection. Most of my couples tell me they were surprised by how comfortable they felt, and that’s always my goal... to let you be yourselves while I capture the magic of it all.
